The tennager that was working was very rude and was in no hurry to prepare my coffee. (Just a helpful hint) The next time you look into hiring new employees you should really evaluate them and make sure they have a friendly personality. The staff was both friendly and efficient. If there has been any delay getting your coffee, I can understand why. They make everything fresh when you order it. The coffee isn't sitting around in a carafe getting stale and cold. A cup of "regular" coffee is actually and Americano consisting of freshly pulled shots of espresso and hot water.
