I had a very disturbing incident with your sales people on Sunday, May 15th. I had made an appointment to meet with Iris at 2 pm Sunday afternoon. She instructed me to call her when I arrived at the door and she'd buzz me in. When I arrived I called and the man who answered informed me that Iris was out with three customers showing them the property and to call back later. Quite frankly, when I asked for Iris, he definitely wanted to end our conversation. I told him that I was at the door so he buzzed me into the lobby. I went to the elevators and pushed the 5th floor button...nothing happened. After a second and third try, I called again...twice the phone was picked up (and I could hear the man's voice) and it appears he was punching the key pad on the phone...he didn't respond when I kept saying hello. Finally, the third time I got the voice mail recording. I left a message that I'd wait in the lobby for 5 minutes. I feel this was very poor customer service even if I wasn't that man's customer. And it was also very poor customer service for Iris to make an appointment with me and then not make arrangements in the event she was preoccupied. I left and did not hear from Iris until 4:30 pm...additional poor customer service. As I told Iris, I am a serious buyer and I certainly expect better customer service than to be left stranded in a lobby with no seating and no knowledge of when I would receive assistance. I wasted my afternoon and gas to travel at a set time to your establishment in hopes of purchasing a condo. Sincerely, Connie Davis
