Cobb in Focus magazine profiles a vibrant resurgence in Marietta, calling the city one of Atlanta’s hottest new places to live in the November/December 2008 issue.
The magazine features the renovation to the Strand Theatre and the move of the Atlanta Lyric Theatre to the Square, the variety of Marietta’s more than 25 restaurants, the renovation of the Hilton and surrounding mixed-use developments with owner-occupied homes within walking distance of the Square.
