Today’s featured business is the Marietta Pizza Company in Marietta. If you are looking for the hands down best pizza in Marietta, the Marietta Pizza Company is by far, the best place in Marietta for Pizza and Calzones. Aside from the best pizza in town, the fall is about the best time to head over and sit outside in the cool fall air and sip some Sweetwater Blue

Let’s breakdown the menu for those of you that haven’t eaten at MPC:

Starters: Salads, Breadsticks and Fried Mozzarella
The Company Salad is probably my favorite. It comes with a nice fresh bed of lettuce, sliced bell peppers, mozzarella cheese, onions, mushrooms, olives and the house dressing – creamy Italian dressing. It’s an awesome salad!

Pizza: by the slice, or the whole pie.

My favorite specialty pizza is the White pie. Loaded with Mozzarella, Garlic and white spices, it’s amazing. The single slices are great, too. They are just $2.00 for a cheese slice and toppings come in at just .45 extra. If you are in the mood for some Sicilian pizza, go for the entire Sicilian pie. Not that the slices aren’t great, but we’ve liked the entire Sicilian pie better than getting it by the slice.

In conclusion, we love Marietta Pizza Company. From the incredibly friendly staff, to the outside seating that gives you a peak into the Marietta Square, it’s an all around wonderful experience every time we head up to the Pizza Company to relax and have some great food to boot.

Oh yeah, and with College Football season upon us, the 50″ Samsung Plasma TVs make a Sat. lunch that much better!
