Marietta now has a Starbucks just off Church Street north of Kennestone Hospital. We first reported to you back in May 2007 that Marietta was getting a Starbucks. In just over a year since our initial report, the Starbucks in Marietta opened over the weekend.
The location is great! For everyone from visitors to patients at Kennestone hospital to folks traveling into the Marietta Square in the mornings. Sitting just west of Church Street, south of the Wachovia Bank in Marietta, coffee lovers will be able to easily make a right turn into the Starbucks with easy access back to Church Street headed into the Square.
We officially welcome Starbucks to the city of Marietta! Have you been to the new Starbucks yet? What are your thoughts? Do you like the location? We’d love to hear your opinion.

agree with above. i live and work south of the starbucks on church street. some brilliant folks put in traffic control that allows no left turn in either route into the the starbucks from south of the store. when i asked one of the crew making this change how i should get to the starbucks, they said go past and turn around. ummm….where? and how is that improving traffic flow?
