That would have been very cheap to build and very effective. The politics in Marietta are overwhelming and it's a republican town. Most white people here are closed minded and ignorant. I don't believe that would have ever happened. They will continue to use Hickory Drive and Kirkpatrick as a cut thru at 50 mph in a neighborhood. Go Marietta!! Dicks!!
