Marietta City Council denied August 9, 2006 a request by Covenant Christian Ministries to rezone property at 838 Powder Springs Street from single family residential classification to community retail commercial zoning. Covenant Christian Ministries planned to build a church, school and dormitory on the site. Post a comment
