What a disappointment! Food was either undercooked (ie: potatoes on my plate were barely warm, let alone cooked thru) or completely overcooked (one side of my kids' pancakes was burnt; potatoes on my husband's plate were BLACK they were so overdone). Not to mention the amount of time it took to receive our food...almost FORTY MINUTES from the time we ordered...for pancakes, potatoes and eggs? Ridiculous! And no, it wasn't crowded or particularly busy. I watched how long it took other people to receive their food, and it seemed everyone waited an VERY long time, not just us. What is the fascination with this place? because they have 'healthy' food and there's a couple of tattooed waitresses, so it makes you feel hip? Fortunately, I know how to make healthy food choices no matter where I go, and I don't need to be treated poorly at a place that 'reminds me of Little 5' to feel hip. Ugh.
